I took many photos at Coolidge Corner. My daughter used to live there, so I was there often. Someday when I have the time, I'll post more photos here. I have enough to fill a book! (Or a web page.)

Mural Close-Up
Mural on Building
Although I go to Coolidge Corner quite often (just about once a week), and I take pictures almost every time I go, I haven't been posting them on this site as I originally planned.

There's so much to see and do at that lively area, which means lots and lots of photo opportunities.

I love cities, anyway. And I happen to live in a very quiet location with not much going on, so visiting this place really makes me feel alive!

Going into all the unique shops, as well as the chain stores is dangerous for me though, because I'm tempted to spend lots of money!

I'm proud to say I've been quite disciplined, however, with my worst splurge being a Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino (with a couple shots of espresso & topped off with lots of whipped cream and extra caramel syrup. Is there any other way to have it?)

Yummy! Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino!
So, here are several photos that I took last week in Brookline,(except the Starbucks cup of course. LOL!) If I can ever stop procrastinating, I'll post lots more! I have enough to fill a book!

Put this on your computer desktop and talk a walk along Beacon Street.

I liked this image. The bright blue sky made everything scenic. It was a great day to be out taking pictures.

But...Where are all the people?

I'll tell you where. They're all sitting at their computers corresponding via EMAIL! Yes, Folks, the Post Office is a very lonely place to be these days.

Broad Stripes & Bright Stars

I had wished the wind was blowing in the other direction.

It's All About the Architecture

I guess I should have taken a bit more time to center this evenly. I liked the architecture here.

A Touch of Beauty

These flowers caught my eye as I was walking past. Someone did a great job decorating the outside area of their apartment with them.

What DIDN'T I Photograph?

Don't ask me why. I can't give you a reason why I would turn my camera to the ground and take a photo of the brick sidewalk. On this particular day, I was photographing every little thing.

I tried this out as a desktop wallpaper. It looked kind of cool as a background. If you want to check that out, click on it first to get a bigger view. I'm not even sure if that makes a difference, but...well...maybe it does.

Catching the Train
